Ordering
- Set your location, add items from shops that deliver to you (or that let you collect), and pay cash on delivery.
- The shop accepts within 15 minutes or the order expires on its own.
- You can cancel until the shop accepts. After that, call the shop from the order page.
The delivery code
When your order is on the way (or ready to collect) you receive a six-digit code by SMS and in the app. Read it only to the person handing you the goods. It confirms the delivery.
Problems
Wrong or missing items, or a delivery that never came: write to contact within 24 hours with the order number.
